Therapeutic Massage & Embodied Bodywork.

Therapeutic massage with Annie at Core Nourishment is grounded, attentive, and responsive—combining clinical skill with embodied presence.

Each session is tailored to support your body’s unique needs, whether you are recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, training regularly, or simply seeking relief and reconnection.

This is massage therapy that supports strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation, not just relaxation.

Integrated with Chiropractic Care.

I offer therapeutic massage within a collaborative chiropractic care team at In Motion Chiropractic.

In this setting, massage therapy is woven into a broader treatment plan—supporting alignment, recovery, and coordinated care.

Although massage sessions within the chiropractic setting are booked separately from other Core Nourishment Services, you do not have to be a patient at In Motion Chiropractic in order to book bodywork.
