Movement sessions support strength, mobility, and embodied awareness. These sessions are personalized and responsive, and may include functional movement, mobility work, yoga, strength, breath, and grounding practices.

Choose a Coaching Session
Coaching sessions offer support around nourishment, stress, transitions, and sustainable lifestyle alignment. These sessions provide space to reflect, integrate, and move forward with clarity and compassion.
If You’re Craving Rest
Choose a Reiki / Energy Healing Session
Energy healing sessions are gentle, quiet, and restorative. This work supports balance, rest, and nervous system regulation, and is ideal when words feel like too much or when deep rest is needed.
